Reviewers often encounter the same issue across multiple pages of a document. Currently, there is no option to copy and paste an existing comment within Bentley PDF Reviewer. This means reviewers must repeatedly type the same feedback, which is time-consuming and inefficient.
While the Attach Issue tool can link comments to multiple locations, it doesn’t fully address scenarios where reviewers need independent comments that are identical in wording but separate in context. Copy-paste functionality would provide flexibility and speed for repetitive feedback.
Use Case:
During a design review, a recurring error appears on 15 different sheets. The reviewer needs to flag the same issue on each sheet, but each comment must remain independent for tracking and resolution purposes. Attach Issue links them together, which may not be desirable in this case. With copy-paste, the reviewer can easily replicate the comment while keeping each instance separate.
