Currently, comments can be closed in PDF Review mode by clicking the comment or issue number and then selecting the Close button. While this works, it requires multiple clicks and interrupts the reviewer’s workflow. Users want a more intuitive and faster way to close comments—such as a right-click menu option directly on the markup or comment.
This enhancement would streamline the process, making it easier for reviewers to manage comments without navigating through menus or dashboards.
Use Case:
A reviewer verifies that several comments have been addressed during a drafting review. Today, they must click each comment, then click the Close button. With a right-click option, they could simply right-click the comment and select Close, saving time and improving efficiency.
