Allow the administrator to set a global symbology for issue flags/call-outs, but also allow the end user to symbolize the flags/markups that have been submitted as Issues. For example, the drainage engineer may decide to symbolize his/her "Issues" using blue. The geotechnical engineer may decide to color his/her comments as green. The technical may decide to select the Status field and color the completed comments as green. Also, an ability to change symbology feature would be helpful to allow multiple criteria on which the flags could be symbolized. For example, a flag style that was red (deemed critical) may represented comments closed, but no changes are to be made whereas a different flag style that was red (deemed critical) may represent comments open and critical.
