When I create an issue in PDF-markup the date is shown mm/dd/yyyy. But in the issue resolution service the same comment is shown dd/mm/yyyy. I like it to be the same when I create an issue in PDF-markup as it is in issue resolution, dd/mm/yyyy. I have attached two pictures that clarifies my problem.
