I posted this a while ago, but what I think I meant was that when you download the pdf and look at the "note" in a different application (ex. Bluebeam Revu) none of the text is there because it is a non-native pdf object unlike the "notes" you can insert using Bluebeam/Adobe/etc.

Hi - can you please add more context? Do you "normal" pdf notes on the annotations?
