It's useful for productivity for everyone as no one would have to press "Back" and pick a new file to view.
I have a lot of PDF files I need to review, so it would be a great addition to be able to press an arrow either in each side or in the toolbar to go back and forth between files.
Of course it has to be of the same filetype I imagine - PDF next file can only lead to next PDF file, even though there are several .docx, .png, .dng and so on in between.
