When participants make a comment on a pdf we need to extract all the comments into a report/ that list all the comments and issue

The idea is we require a report of all the comments and issue made by an organization.
The global idea is be able to extract all possible information into a report.

For issue we revert back to export to CSV from the IRS
For comments and annotations, we do not seem to have this capabilities, we are not able to track any of them.
Annotations and comments are what we call dark data. It is there but not easily accessible, unless we open the PDF. or you need to know it exist somewhere.
ProjectWise is not any more a vault to store and manage document but a decision making platform
The same cam apply to MOM.
This is part a a bigger request to be able to track the intellectual path that lead to a decision.
Example if a document is reject or a decision is make, we need to be able to track every single steps that lead to that decision and every single comments/annotations etc... that help take that decision.
Many times we log smaller request as it is easier to log smaller incremental requests that trying to log the whole monolitic request.
It is possible to generate a report of issues in the project, by first going to your projects connect portal, then to "Forms service". Then select all the issues you want to export, and in the menu on the right (with the ellipsis icon), you can find an option "Export to PDF", which will start the export process for all selected issues to a PDF, and will send you an email, when the report is generated, and ready to be viewed / downloaded
