A pdf goes into review cycle ( one or multiple). when all review are complete. DC stamp the document fit for construction.
When we create a new version of the PDF, the new version goes into the same process.
When DC stamp the latest version with Fit for construction, we need to have the stamp of the previous version going from Fit to construction to Obsolete.
Al the new stamp state of the stamp will be display from top to bottom or left to right ( or any other way to keep history of the stamp.
So we wanted to make sure that anyone who reference any previous version will know a new version should be use, anyone who wanted to print and older version will have a note it is obsolete
