Small put important enhancement
When we create a callout and we need to point to mulitple locations, for that we need to add arrows which create new annotation.
If we create issue from all those arrow we end up with mulitple Issue
We can as well link existing issue, but again his will require extra works and time consuming effort.
If we not doing it, the annotaiton will not make the round trop back to us
This why it is important thate we can add leader to callout (as many as we need)
