The setting was Enable, but the number where not showing while doing my test this weekend to move from Connect to Infrastructure cloud. As such i was under the empression it was not available.
This morning all things seems to be back, I can see the number under each of my issue

To check this, please follow these steps:
Click on the menu icon located in the top-left corner.
Navigate to the Settings section.

Under User Preferences, confirm whether the "Display Issue ID Stamps" option is enabled.
