Request is to allow Note to be convert into issue.
We foudn out that many user add note to flag something and return the response as part of a PWDM transmision exchange.
After few exchanges the note ineed to be convert into an issue.
As of now, this is a time consuming process
The alternative,A kind of note on steroid
Create a stamp or merge with with note................. we would then have the possibility to add a note field to capture some text, which will will provide more context to tha node on steroid
Also if along his life we need to convert to an issue, the issue number will be visible
All stamps, Issues and Notes could then find their way to the issue resolution
