Request is to allow adding comments on the right side panel without having to create an issue.
The comments add on the right panel should allow: Bold, Italic, Color, strike, underline, bullets and @ to notify a user or a role.
Hyperlink should also be possible so we can link document(s) from the project as a reference

The requets was also to be able to make a more details comment, similaire to have a team chat conversation... Adding text format wil help convey the message in the comment. or add hyperlink etc....

Seems like our production is getting use to have a live conversation inside a document, convresation that should stay internal to specific ressource or role.
If we go with this in a transmission the info will be pass along with the transmission reply.
May ne I should create a new request with more details..

Having the comment to be place in a form create dark data from the PDF point of view. Meaning if we open the pdf, the comment can only be view if we open the form.
The idea is to have reviewer adding general comments/discussion like a Team conversation inside the right panel which is not associate to a markup or an issue.
PWDI and PW Web connection
I am going to assume this is because the project only has issues therefore you can only create an issue. We have the ability to create a form that could be a commenting form for the project just for comments.
Please let me know.
Also, what product are you working in? PWDI? SYNCHRO?
