Allow users to create markup styles. It is very common for organisations to organise markups into different categories. e.g. CAD markups are in one colour, Rail Discipline in another colour etc. This makes it easier for each discipline to look at a set of markups and distinguish between what is their responsibility without having to create issues, etc from each of the markups. Ideally these settings would be included within an Infrastructure Cloud Project Template so teams do not need to create them for every project.
