Transfer User defined Stamps to other Projects

Add status to view

Adding a status to review would quickly allow multiple reviewers to see who is "owning" each comment, and which comments need clarification

Add ability to create different types of issues and allow the admin to create different colors for Issues pins

You can start to categorize issues across a project and conduct concurrent reviews based on issue types
