Please add the ability to view PDF portfolios

It is currently possible to download a markedup PDF. When opening such a downloaded file in a PDF software, it is visible who created the comment, but the text of the comment is not visible. Can this please be added / fixed ? Would be very useful.

Only open markings when using the PDF Review option. That way when the users wants to see the original document they can view it without downloading the document in the connected project. And when the users wish to see if there are any PDF marking...

The box used to access this dialog is blocking key information in the corner of the print. By making this box movable i.e. drag and drop it elsewhere, the user can place it in a location less intrusive.

When I have to check and comment a bunch of drawing, I always use the same (4-5) Markup Tools. It would be a good impovement if I could group these tools into one favorites toolbar.
